Enhanced employee and guest experience with tailored zones for quiet focus, dynamic collaboration, and seamless hospitality.

The client returned to us over a decade after we designed their original London office. A complete transformation of their space in The Leadenhall Building, tailored to their evolved ways of working and global brand refresh. The space is now a calm yet striking workplace where every detail reflects the company’s precision, strength, and premium standards, crafted for connection, hospitality, and quiet impact. This 8-month in-situ refurbishment never disrupted operations and delivered an inspiring, future-facing environment.

With a premium, precision-engineered approach driving the design, key elements were thoughtfully integrated throughout the space, most notably, individual environmental controls in each meeting room. Users can tailor both temperature and lighting to their specific needs, while fully acoustic-panelled walls and double-glazed glass between rooms enhance privacy and sound insulation.

A bold reinvention of the client’s workplace to reflect engineered craft, hospitality, and business resilience.

Another standout feature is the breakout area, highlighted by its orange ceiling detail. This newly introduced space has quadrupled the available breakout area for employees, offering both lounge and dining zones. Designed with flexibility at its core, the space can seamlessly transform into an additional event venue, complete with full hospitality capabilities and arguably the best panoramic views of London.

Designed to be the company’s flagship office, all details of the design were bespoke to the project, from the glass details to the ceiling design giving a floating illusion, the details of the project were intricately decided on in partnership with the client. In line with the aim to provide a best-in-class experience, each individual has completely customisable meeting rooms with temperature control, scene setting and fully rated acoustics, with privacy being key between booths. With quality in mind, and the requirement for having an event space which works for the user, the hospitality standard prep kitchen and facilities are designed in a way to ensure seamless experience for guests.
