We appointed AIS to carry out the shell and core and CAT A works at 88 Wood Street. Their pre-construction and site team impressed us with their professionalism and transparent approach that we consequently negotiated works to a further 8 floors with the AIS team.

Their delivery team and supply chain completed each section on time and budget, despite facing the unique challenges of the pandemic which occurred mid-way through construction.
