Innovation unleashed: Entain’s Gibraltar office design and build journey

Facing spatial constraints in their Gibraltar office, Entain engaged AIS to redefine the workspace, aligning it with their recent rebrand. The goal was to embody Entain’s culture, fostering a socially connected, immersive experience for staff.

Flexibility redefined with dynamic hot-desking

Proposing a contemporary workspace, the design struck a balance between traditional workstations and innovative alternatives. Embracing modern practices, emphasis shifted to team areas and moving away from individual workspaces. Collaborating with the Entain project team, we introduced a dynamic hot-desking approach, reducing workstations, which freed up space for more informal collaborative zones dispersed among quiet working areas, offering teams flexibility in choosing their work settings.

Our design went beyond aesthetics, immersing staff in Entain’s new identity. The innovative use of branding elements in the workspace, including a dynamic reception area with feature lighting, furniture and accessories are curated in angular forms to suit the new brand identity and visually connected employees to the brand.

Completing refurbishment in occupation

Working within an occupied building demanded meticulous planning. AIS executed a seamless six-month rolling refurbishment program, prioritising individual needs. Early consultation on this meant that the result was a successful transformation with minimal downtime, ensuring a smooth transition for each occupant.
