AIS rejuvenated this aging commercial property revitalising it with aesthetic enhancements, infrastructure improvements and sustainability features to give it a fresh identity.
To cultivate a diverse tenant community that would significantly enhance the long-term value of the property our approach focused on creating a people-centric design that encourages interaction and community-building through communal spaces, co-working areas, lounges and outdoor gathering spots.
Banquet seating in break out areas offers a casual and more relaxed atmosphere for meetings to take place, while the communal business lounge encourages co-working and informal meetings further injecting a sense of life into the building.
Through a comprehensive overhaul of the building’s infrastructure, we improved functionality and ensured environmental sustainability. The introduction of energy-efficient systems, smart lighting controls and sustainable materials elevated 1 Causeway Park to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent.’
An inviting first impression
Embracing the value of first impressions we created an impressive building reception area that is open and collaborative, finished in an energetic and fresh palette. Upon entry visitors are greeted with a sleek, curved reception desk which then expands into a cafe-style seating area fit with tea point and a variety of relaxed seating for both socialising, meetings and independent work.
The building transformation makes a lasting impression, fostering a people-centric office culture and offers an array of work options, to become the beating heart of the Staines workforce.
