Nick is responsible for all contractual and commercial aspects of AIS projects across the United Kingdom. A Chartered Surveyor (RICS), Nick is knowledgeable in the subjects of commercial management, quantity surveying, construction law and dispute resolution, supporting, in particular, our pre-construction and construction teams as we deliver our client-centric, workspace design solutions.
Beyond his commercial remit, Nick’s knowledge extends to construction matters, site management, health and safety and is also IOSH (Institution for Operational Safety and Health) certified. Nick’s broad knowledge base, numerical acumen and attention to detail is an asset that underpins our commitment to quality and reliability.
