The result of a new business opportunity, our client was required to open a new office facility in the central business district of Mannheim. As a consequence of the size and age of the available office space in Mannheim, a full Landlord refurbishment was required to enable the CAT B tenant fit out. We were engaged to search and select suitable new office accommodation and consult with the local Business Unit to develop the project brief. On sourcing a new workspace, we completed full project management of CAT A refurbishment including small power distribution, lighting and control systems, suspended ceilings, internal dry wall partitions, acoustics and double glazed partitions, fire alarm, walls and floors, testing, commissioning and warranties. This was followed by management of the full design and technical specification of the workplace design, guidance for the IT, cabling, comms and voice systems. Throughout the process, we liaised closely with the client team, and provided a detailed specification of works and Project Management Tools.
