Delivering a mesmerizing finish for an international top-grade building environment

The completed project has span to include delivering the completely re-designed reception, including enhanced welfare facilities, as well as a full high-spec CAT A office refurbishment of levels one to three and levels ten and eleven.

Working in collaboration with project managers Knight Frank and architects Morrow + Lorraine, we are delivering a mesmerising spatial experience using sophisticated details to create an international top-grade building environment.

Phase 1: Strip back and refurbish

Phase one has seen the full strip back to shell and core of the tenth and eleventh floors, encompassing new mechanical and electrical services with a vibrant “SAS mesh raft” ceiling detail that beautifully frames the new semi-exposed services.

Also included was the full refurbishment of the WC’s on five floors, with high specification stainless steel cubicles, terrazzo worktops, brushed stainless steel hardware and stylish feature lighting which come together to create a sophisticated finish.

A refreshing reception concept

Full CAT B works were carried out in the reception area to further modernise the building and include a full height 45 meter living wall, bespoke joinery and new full height glazing. The finished reception area includes a more flexible style co-working area, as well as a full barista style cafe offering for leasing and enhanced welfare facilities including cycle racks, showers and lockers. The finished aesthetics of the space create a tranquil and sophisticated space where every carefully selected detail comes together to create a serene experience.

Transforming 130,000 sq ft of tired space into functional space

The total size of the project reaches just over 130,000 sq ft of space, a scale which required a strong delivery team and a trusted supply chain as well as a diligent detail design team working in close collaboration to ensure both a fuss free delivery and a seamless finish.
