Ashley fosters creative innovation, supporting the graphics and bid teams to ensure the consistent production of outstanding visual solutions to client, brand and project specifications.

As a brand ambassador, she acts as guardian of our own brand while also advising our clients on brand integration. Thanks to her years of design and D&B experience, Ashley’s portfolio is vast, consisting of custom artwork, proposals and bids documentation in digital and print media, logos, typography and video rich media.

Aanisa is a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager at AIS, specialising in ensuring compliance with legal, ISO standards and accreditations. With a keen focus on integrating sustainability, Aanisa is instrumental in our commitment to sustainability and net-zero emissions.

Aanisa brings over four years of experience in ISO Management Systems, audits and managing risk. Certified as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, she holds ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.

Passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, Aanisa advocates for smarter working methods to enhance efficiency. Her dedication to driving positive change aligns with AIS’ commitment to sustainability, making her a valuable asset in our journey towards a greener future.

Operations Director for international projects at AIS, Richard has worked extensively over Europe since joining the business in 2017. At present, his efforts are focused primarily on Malta, where he is currently involved in the delivery of a long-term project for a globally renowned, financial services and banking client.

Richard’s hands-on approach and proactive management style inspire confidence among clients and team members alike. His dedication to driving operational efficiency and fostering strong client relationships underpins our continued success in the international arena.

Qualified electrician and one-time ten-pin bowling champion for England, Sophie joined AIS in 2022, fuelled by an ambition to drive her career forward. The cut-throat world of London Design and Build offers the perfect platform to progress a strong background in project management and supervisory roles held at electrical, sub-contractor organisations.

Changing lane to acquire new experiences and overcome new challenges, Sophie’s involvement in projects spans the entire lifecycle. She liaises closely with interior and technical designers, as well as sub-contractors, to ensure that we are constantly striking a balance between design, building requirements and client ambitions.

Oliver is a dedicated Project Director at AIS. With a strong focus on delivering excellence and exceeding client expectations, Oliver plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Performing this role across the UK, Europe, and beyond, Oliver has acquired a wealth of experience across industries including life sciences, aerospace, automotive and electronics. His broad industry knowledge and diverse project portfolio equip him with the expertise to navigate challenges effectively and drive project success across different sectors.

In his role, Oliver leads cross-functional teams with precision and dedication, orchestrating every aspect of project delivery to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Prior to joining AIS’ Dutch studio in Amsterdam, Peter worked at IWG for eighteen years, where he honed regional knowledge and developed a large network of contacts. Joining our team of borderless experts broadens the scope of possibility for AIS across the Benelux region and its dynamic market, particularly considering his in-depth and up-to-date understanding of hybrid working trends and solutions.

Commercially driven, a seasoned manager of people and equipped with a razor-sharp instinct to capture the imagination of prospective clients. Peter’s invaluable regional knowledge, experience and insight breaks new ground for AIS in the Netherlands and beyond.

Peter is our vibrant Group Business Development Director, driving strategic growth across our dynamic sales team.

In his role, Peter leads the development and implementation of comprehensive business development strategies, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and network to identify new opportunities for growth.

Peter is committed to fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the organisation. His leadership inspires confidence among team members and empowers AIS to pursue new opportunities with enthusiasm and creativity.

Jayde is a dynamic and results driven Bid Manager specialising in the design and build industry. With a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking, Jayde leads on bid processes, creating winning strategies and compelling submission documents.

In her role, Jayde coordinates the entire bid process, from gathering requirements to developing proposal content and managing deadlines. Her exceptional organisational skills ensure that all elements of the bid are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Jayde’s strategic approach to bid management involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts, to tailor solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Serghei is a design visualiser, whose passion for technology, experimentation and automation pushes the boundaries of AIS’ combined design services. His accomplished abilities in the application of Augmented Reality, and preference for content generation tools, offer our clients an augmented, and expedited, design experience that benefits project timelines.

Having previously worked for hospitality and high-end residential design studios, Serghei has nurtured an eye for detail that enriches our design proposals. Enquiring by nature, Serghei satisfies his natural curiosity through the exploration of new and innovative technologies that can further heighten the reality of the visual experiences he crafts.

Neil leads the delivery of AIS’ construction projects across the UK, working in close collaboration with our commercial team to uphold our reputation of reliability, quality and value. His experience in the construction industry is extensive, having worked for main contractors, fledgeling start-ups that have grown exponentially and, most recently, for a London-based, D&B competitor.

An area of particular interest for Neil are new and innovative methods of construction; something that he works hard to introduce across the projects in which he is involved at AIS, with a view to enhancing the environmental credentials of the spaces we build.

With seven years’ experience working within the furniture industry, Maddie has developed a strong eye for detail and design, offering clients her wide product knowledge to create solutions for a happy and healthy workplace. Maddie looks after and works closely with some of our key accounts. She possesses a demonstrable knowledge of brands, products and solutions which is evident across all projects in which she has been involved.

Maddie has a keen interest in all aspects of design and brings her enthusiasm, personable nature and sharp eye for detail to the world of furniture and lighting.
