At AIS we believe that Corporate Responsibility should shape our thoughts and considerations towards the impact on the environment, both within our day to day office activities and on-site when we are undertaking refurbishment and fit-out projects.

Health and Safety Policy 

 AIS Group Companies Limited (“AIS”) Design, Project Manage, Refurbish, Fit-Out, Maintain and provide Facilities Management for commercial offices. 

We are totally committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work related injury and ill health. This commitment extends to our clients, employees, business partners, associates, supply chain and all those who may be affected by the Company’s activities. 

AIS will; 

1. Maintain total commitment to Health, Safety and Welfare through Board Level Sponsorship: We will review, discuss and strategise H&S Issues at Monthly Board Meetings and allocate a Board Director responsible for H&S to each Project. 

2. Create safe working environments and systems & processes on each Project, irrespective of size or composition, with adequate and suitable resources and expertise. 

3. Eliminate foreseeable hazards and implement appropriate control measures to reduce the risk to health and safety by implementing the H&S systems on every Project. 

4. Provide information, instruction, training and supervision to all employees. Consult with our Employees and Supply Chain to enable all viewpoints to be discussed and represented. 

5. Promptly investigate accidents, incidents and near misses. 

6. Prevent injury and ill health by complying with applicable legal requirements, best practice and other requirements relating to occupational health and safety. Measure, monitor and revise our health and safety arrangements to continually improve health and safety within our organisation. 

7. Promote mental health awareness amongst all staff and site operatives. Commit to providing the necessary training and awareness to support our employees and the employees of subcontractors. 


All Directors, managers and supervisors have the responsibility for implementing this Health & Safety Policy within their respective businesses and teams. All Employees and Supply Chain are required to cooperate in preventing harm to themselves and others. 


We ensure that Health & Safety issues are considered as the highest business priorities and we are committed to continual improvement of the Health & Safety Management System. 


Our supply chain is required to ensure all of their operatives are competent based on experience and qualifications and are able to present evidence when they are inducted onto our sites. Any operatives without the correct competencies will not be permitted to carry out their work. 


Pursuit of our objectives is achieved through the framework set by the Company’s Health & Safety System, which complies to ISO 45001:2018. 


The Board will review this policy annually to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to our operations. 

Quality Policy 

 AIS Group Companies Limited (“AIS”) Design, Project Manage, Refurbish, Fit-Out, Maintain and provide Facilities Management for commercial offices. 

We aim to consistently provide our Clients with a package of services and products that exceed their requirements and expectations. 

We are committed to the continual improvement of our quality management system to ensure we provide our Clients with Best Practice, Innovative, Timely and Honest advice and solutions. 

Pursuit of our objectives is focused through the Company’s Quality Management System, which adheres to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and seeks to ensure our operations are always conducted in a controlled and professional manner. 

Advanced Interior Solutions will: 

  1. Maintain the Quality of our services and products through Board Level Sponsorship:
    a. Review, discuss and strategise Quality Issues at Bi-Monthly Board Meetings 
    b. Allocate a Board Director responsible for Quality to every project
  2. Deliver Refurbishment, Fit-Out or Small Works contracts:
    a. On programme 
    b. To conform to current & known statutory requirements
  3. Actively encourage and seek feedback from our Clients, Business Partners and Associates to assess the performance of our services and products. Attain a Client Approval rating of excellent and resolve Client complaints within an agreed timescale. 
  4. Provide sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision to enable all employees to take ownership, manage and continuously improve the quality of our products and services.
  5. To hold supplier reviews at the end of every project to ensure that we have a competent and high quality supply chain. 

In addition to our quality commitments we have a framework to set and periodically review our quality objectives against which we shall measure our performance. 

 

The achievement of high quality and consistency calls for a systematic, disciplined approach and the total commitment of all employees to meet the Company’s objectives. Our Business is fluid and our Quality System is designed to be continually modified, altered, updated and improved as the requirements of our Clients change and the commercial office Interiors market place evolves.

Environmental Policy 

 AIS Group Companies Limited (“AIS”) Design, Project Manage, Refurbish, Fit-Out, Maintain and provide Facilities Management for commercial offices. 

We recognise our responsibility and obligations and are committed to protecting the environment and preventing pollution. AIS will: 

1. Maintain our Total Commitment to the Environment and the impact of our Companies activities through Board Level Sponsorship by reviewing, discussing and strategising Environmental Issues at Bi-Monthly Board Meetings. 

2. Ensure that we conduct our operations in full compliance with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which we subscribe. 

3. Audit the Environmental Systems on every Project 

4. Maintain the competency to deliver Environmental Best Practice to our clients by offering projects that can conform to SKA and BREEAM accreditations. 

5. Consider the environmental impact of waste at the core of every Project by:
a. Measuring and recording Recycled Waste 

b. Performing Predicted versus Actual Waste Comparisons 

c. Feedback recycled waste performance to staff as a means of education 

6. Monitor and offset 100% of emissions produced from International travel and office activities 


All Directors, managers and supervisors have the responsibility for implementing this Environmental Policy within their teams. All employees and supply chain are required to cooperate in minimising the environmental impact of our activities. 


We ensure that environmental issues rank amongst the highest business priorities. We are committed to continual improvement of the Environmental Management System to enhance environmental performance. 


Objectives are set and reviewed through the framework of the Company’s Environmental System, which complies with ISO 14001:2015.
