Our in-house Client Services team are on hand to help you settle into your space and work with you throughout the duration of your lease to ensure your workplace is kept to high standards and meets any changing business needs.
Our approach
Working with your designated account manager, our approach is uniquely tailored to your business needs through a planned programme of periodic inspections. Based on a foundation of mutual trust and respect, your team will be supported in accessing the full 360-degree offer of AIS’s capabilities, there is no limit to the scale of work and where possible, we look to use the same contractors who are familiar with your floorplan.
Our approach mitigates against the risk of disruption to your business thanks to a planned programme of periodic inspections. Adoption of this structured approach saves you time, money, and hassle, leaving you to get on with the running of your business.
Our services
Our Client Services offering most commonly takes shape in the form of Planned Preventative Maintenance agreements. Beyond these agreements, we are also fully equipped to undertake any minor work, modifications, provide additional furniture services or further extend a design scheme into a space that has been specifically designated to accommodate future expansion.
Maintenance Services
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Tailored 12-month maintenance agreements for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Reactive Maintenance: Responsive support for issues outside of PPM scope.
- Emergency Call-Outs: Rapid assistance for unexpected issues.
Defects Management & Warranty (12 Months) – Full support during the 12-month defects liability period, including issue tracking, resolution, and a dedicated point of contact.
Moves, Adds & Changes – Quick-turnaround modifications for onboarding, reconfigurations, or evolving workspace needs.
Day Two & Post-Completion Works – Completion of non-critical items post-project go-live, including design changes and floor plan adjustments.
Furniture & Technology Support – Assistance with furniture sourcing, setup reconfiguration, and tech integration – aligned with original design intent.
Workplace Reviews & Strategy – Post-occupancy evaluations, staff surveys, and performance reviews to optimise workplace efficiency.
Ongoing Support & Account Management – Long-term relationships are supported by a dedicated account manager for streamlined communication.
