With over 400 employees and diverse roles, the client aimed to make their new Malta office an irresistible workplace. AIS placed paramount importance on employee well-being and satisfaction. The workspace design integrated ergonomic features, natural lighting and vibrant colour scheme reflecting the lively Maltese surroundings.

The site had extraordinary ocean views which became a key aspect of the design.
