Situated in London’s tech hub of Shoreditch, the Hutch Games project team came to us with a brief to create a bespoke and fun workplace design that would attract the most in demand tech talent.
The company wanted their new office to facilitate collaboration and the sharing of concepts and ideas amongst their team. Our interior design team has created a number of group workspaces spread throughout the office including a large kitchen and dining area, informal meeting lounge, and a conference room to facilitate up to 60 guests for entertaining and presenting clients.
The technology sector is now the largest source of workplace demand in the London office sector, with Shoreditch now recording the most expensive real estate costs of any tech hub in the world, overtaking San Francisco’s tech district in 2017.
